Items can take up to 14 days to make and ship but often these arrive with you sooner. If you need an item urgently please get in touch via email.
If two weeks has passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can look into it for you.
Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost . Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post .
We make everything to order so we try to minimise returns/ exchanges so if you need any guidance with sizing do get in contact and we will be happy to help.
We do understand that sometimes an item just isn’t right for you. If that is the case and you would like a refund/ exchange please see below.
– Returns/ exchanges are accepted within 14 days
– Any returned garments must be unworn , unwashed and in perfect condition.
– Return postage is the customers responsibility unless agreed via email.
